Summary: This research aimed to determine the impact of Relationship Quality on Performance of Suppliers is positive and; check the BPM components moderate the relationship between Relationship Quality and Performance of Suppliers. It used the Theory of Social Change as a theoretical platform and Determinants (Trust, Commitment, Cooperation, Adaptation and Communication) were treated as components of Relationship Quality. This is a quantitative study of case using the survey method and structural equation modeling. The objectives consisted of analyzing: (1) the attributes (Trust, Commitment, Cooperation, Adaptation and Communication) of Relationship Quality identified in the literature are validated empirically; (2) the impact of Relationship Quality on Performance of Suppliers is positive and (3) the impact of Relationship Quality on Performance of Suppliers is moderated by BPM components. So what are the main results show that: (1) Relationship quality is represented by the Trust, Commitment, Cooperation, Adaptation and Communication established in the relationship between the client company and their suppliers, since all the hypotheses were not rejected by have significant impact (p value <0.05); (2) When considering the relative impact of quality relationship and Performance of Suppliers referring to this relation it follows that the value obtained is statistically significant equal to 0.351 and higher levels of suppliers performance, possibly originate relations based on relationships with higher quality levels (11.3%); (3) has not proven the moderating effect, then there is no influence of process management suppliers in determining the intensification of the influence of the ratio of quality in the performance of suppliers. As future research proposal, it is recommended to investigate other factors that contribute to explain the variation of the Performance of Suppliers.
