ANALYSIS OF POWER DEVICES PRESENT IN MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN HUMAN RESOURCES.

Summary: Changes of the practical ones in the daily one of the companies affect the life, not only of its employees, but of the social body. This form, to affect the people and being affected for them, used in the organizations, for times passes unobserved, as much of its employees, how much of the society. To analyze practical in management of human resources in the field of the administration and the its devices of being able used as subjetivação process is the primordial objective of this study. For such expedition the cartography was used as process of capture of these devices, what for itself it translates a little common boarding the administration. But, for certain, the search of boardings that contemplate the complexity human being and its paradoxes, is the challenge of the research in the field of the management technologies. The analytical one of the subjetividades and devices of subjetivação used in this study, that are exerted in the daily one of the organizations, needed a small incursion to other fields of knowing as Geography, for the cartography; Psychology, for the subjetivação process; Sociology, as social cartographic boarding and the Anthropology for if dealing with studies of the life submitted human being the rules of social.
