Summary: Looking for new technologies, achieving goals and generating profit, are some factors that can make an organization prosperous. However, to achieve these goals, there must be a set of actions that encompass the standards in order to be successful for both business and society in
general. Due to increased concern and collection for responsibilities such as environment care, well-being of employees and fair wages, there is a growing interest in issues involving Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR). Efforts to keep up on legislation, and beyond that, to have a good image before the consumers, are part of
the reality of corporations nowadays. To introduce into the organization the culture that it is necessary to take care of the means to reach goals, professionals with knowledge and critical reflection, is a challenge. Therefore, integrating profit making with the improvement of the employess quality of life and putting into practice projects that benefit the communities brings progress to organization and society. This work aims to know the point of view of management students of a Higher Education Institution located in the city of Feira de Santana- Bahia regarding CSR. In this way, this research sought a foundation in the theory of the stakeholders and in the theoretical perspective about CSR to guide the theoretical and methodological path. The research deals with the concepts of CSR in the view of different authors, as well as CSR in the field of administration, based mainly on Carroll (1991), Feu et al.(2016) and Ashley (2003). The research was quantitative and descriptive with the application of a survey. The instrument of
data collection was the application of questionnaires to all students of the course. The research verified the inversion of the CSR pyramid proposed by Carroll (1991), thus making it necessary to review the course of administration, which can be seen as beyond a functionalist
formation, but also as capable of introducing professionals with more critical and reflective thoughts in the market. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility. Stakeholders. Inversion of the pyramid.
