Summary: The objective of this study is to understand how the phenomenon of
organizational hybridity is materialized in the Association Atelier of Ideas, in its activities of raising funds for the development of social projects with the communities served. The Association Atelier of Ideas is an Organization of Civil Society of Public Interest - OCSPI, recognized at the national level, that works with several projects of relevance in the promotion of alternative means of work and income generation for
the local community, as a proposal for promotion and development through the nuclei: solidarity finance, housing, community development and Social Technology Dissemination. The methodology adopted was the single incorporated case study - Type 2, because it is a single case that has more than one unit of analysis, which are the projects, termed as subunits within the main unit, having the descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of organizational hybridity in the Association Atelier of Ideas. The data related to the case were obtained through a semi-structured interview. For analysis of the data, content analysis was conducted, forming categories a posteriori. As a result, research has shown that the organization does not yet have in its management the development of the hybrid phenomena for
fundraising, however some of the projects developed present possibilities of hybrid activities, and signs point to that change as a prospect for the future. Thus, as a solution to the problems of the lack of resources, the generation of income through commercialization and rendering of services is a possibility in the projects developed.
