Summary: This dissertation is intended to understand the religion's presence at a selected company's workplace, chose for this specific purpose. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to look for academic constructs related to the issue. The method used for the research was the qualitative approach. To collect the informations, nonstructured questionary and non-active observation were used. As a result, the conclusion was that the presence of the religious atmosphere in the organization affects either the work itself and the relationships and management practices.
